Welcome to AIPMO Consultant

You have everything you need to deliver AI governance across your entire client portfolio.

Where to start

The Consultant tier works the same way as Professional, but you can repeat the process for every client — each with their own governance posture, maturity level, and project portfolio.

Step 1: Set up your first client organization. Select Advisor from the menu bar and create an organization profile for your first client. Walk through the onboarding questions as if you're answering on their behalf — their industry, their governance maturity, their PM capabilities. AIPMO assesses their maturity level independently, so a startup client and an enterprise client get completely different calibration.

Step 2: Create a project under that client. Define the AI initiative you're supporting for this client. Answer the project setup questions about the system type, risk level, data sensitivity, and methodology. This generates a governance playbook specific to both the client's maturity and the project's characteristics.

Step 3: Follow the playbook to produce deliverables. Work through the playbook in priority order, generating customized governance documents for each recommendation. These are client-ready — branded, tailored to their context, and grounded in established frameworks. The playbook itself is also a deliverable you can present to your client as the governance engagement plan.

Step 4: Add your next client. When you take on a new engagement, create a separate organization profile. Each client's governance posture stays completely independent. Use the client dashboard to switch between organizations and projects without losing context. A Greenfield startup and an Established enterprise will have different playbooks, different documents, and different Advisor guidance — even though you're managing both from one account.

Step 5: Lean on the Advisor across engagements. The Advisor adapts to whichever client and project you have selected. Use it to prepare for client conversations, gut-check a governance approach, or explore how a framework applies to a specific client scenario.
