How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

Learn how to manage or cancel your AIPMO subscription using the Stripe Customer Portal — no need to contact support.

AIPMO offers monthly billing only. You can manage your subscription — including cancelling — directly from your account. No need to contact support.

To access your account:

  1. Log in at aipmo.co or app.aipmo.co
  2. Click your name in the top right corner
  3. Click Manage Account

Payment method changes are handled through the Stripe billing portal. Contact us at support@aipmo.co and we will send you a direct link.

What happens when you cancel:

Your access continues until the end of your current billing month. After that, your account reverts to the free Essential tier — you keep your account and any documents you've generated.

Reactivating your subscription:

You can resubscribe at any time by clicking your name in the top right and selecting Manage Account. Your previous documents will still be there.
