What plans does AIPMO offer? AIPMO has three tiers. Essential is free and includes template downloads and limited Advisor access. Professional at $20/month adds unlimited Advisor access and full Document Customizer. Consultant at $45/month adds multi-organization and multi-project support for those managing governance work across multiple clients.
Do I need a credit card to sign up? No. The Essential tier is completely free and requires no payment information.
Can I try the Advisor before upgrading? Yes. Essential members have daily and lifetime Advisor usage limits, which is enough to evaluate whether it's useful for your work before committing to a paid plan.
What is the difference between Professional and Consultant? Professional is designed for a single organization. Consultant adds the ability to manage multiple organizations and projects — ideal for independent consultants handling AI governance engagements across different clients.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time? Yes. You can change your plan at any time from Account Settings via the Manage Subscription portal. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Is there a free trial of paid plans? There is no time-limited free trial, but the Essential tier gives you meaningful access to evaluate the platform before upgrading.
Billing & Payments
How does billing work? All paid plans are billed monthly. Your billing date is set on the day you first subscribe and renews on the same date each month.
What payment methods are accepted? We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We do not accept PayPal or bank transfers.
Where can I manage my subscription? Log in to aipmo.co, go to Account Settings, and click Manage Subscription. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can update payment details, change plans, or cancel.
What happens if my payment fails? Stripe will automatically retry your card. If the payment continues to fail, your account will revert to the Essential tier until billing is resolved. You can update your payment method at any time through the Manage Subscription portal.
Do you offer refunds? We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel, your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
How do I cancel my subscription? Go to Account Settings and click Manage Subscription. From the Stripe Customer Portal you can cancel with no need to contact support. Your access continues until the end of the current billing month.
The Advisor
What is the Advisor? The Advisor is a RAG-powered chatbot grounded in 25+ real AI governance frameworks. It answers framework-specific questions with numbered citations tied to actually retrieved content — hallucinated references are structurally impossible.
Which frameworks does the Advisor cover? NIST AI RMF 1.0 and Playbook, EU AI Act, ISO 42001, OECD AI Principles, UNESCO AI Ethics Recommendation, UK Pro-Innovation AI Regulation, UN AI Governance, Singapore IMDA frameworks, US Executive Order on Safe/Secure/Trustworthy AI, Stanford HAI, ISACA COBIT AI Governance, and more.
How is the Advisor different from a general AI chatbot? The Advisor only draws from a curated set of real governance frameworks. Every response includes numbered citations tied to specific retrieved content. It does not generate answers from general training data, which means its framework references are always traceable.
How do I access the Advisor? Sign in at aipmo.co and access the Advisor from the menu bar. Essential members have limited daily access. Professional and Consultant members have unlimited access.
What are the Advisor usage limits for Essential members? Essential members have a daily message limit and a lifetime usage cap. These are designed to let you evaluate the Advisor meaningfully without requiring a paid plan.
Can the Advisor help me with a specific compliance requirement? Yes. The Advisor is well-suited for questions like "what does NIST AI RMF say about transparency" or "how does the EU AI Act classify high-risk systems." It is not a substitute for legal advice on compliance obligations.
Document Customizer
What is the Document Customizer? The Document Customizer generates governance documents tailored to your organization — name, industry, size, headquarters, and operating regions. It produces real deliverables rather than generic templates.
What document types are available? Available document types include AI Impact Assessments, NIST AI RMF-aligned plans, ISO 42001 implementation documents, OECD alignment documents, and more. New document types are added regularly.
How is a generated document different from the free templates? Free templates are generic starting points. Generated documents are customized to your organization and project context, producing output you can use directly rather than fill in from scratch.
Can I generate documents for multiple clients? Yes, but only on the Consultant tier. Consultant members can create separate organizations and projects to keep governance work for different clients organized and isolated.
Can I re-generate a document after updating my organization details? Yes. You can update your organization profile and regenerate documents at any time.
Account & Access
How do I create an account? Go to aipmo.co and click Sign Up in the navigation menu. It takes less than a minute and no credit card is required.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it? On the sign-in page, click Forgot Password and follow the instructions sent to your email.
Can I change the email address on my account? Contact us at support@aipmo.co and we will update it for you.
What happens to my documents if I downgrade to Essential? Your previously generated documents remain accessible. You lose the ability to generate new documents until you upgrade again.
Can I use AIPMO on mobile? Yes. aipmo.co and the platform are accessible from any modern mobile browser. There is no dedicated mobile app at this time.
