This page records material changes to AIPMO's governance documents. Each entry lists the effective date and a plain-language summary of what changed. The document pages themselves always reflect the current, complete text; this changelog exists so you can see how they have evolved. Within each document, entries are listed newest first.

Analytics disclosure and clarified tracking commitment
Added a disclosure of cookieless, aggregate web analytics — Ghost's built-in analytics on the content site (page views, referral source, country-level location) and aggregate page-view counts by date, country, and top-level section on the application.
Clarified that these analytics set no cookies, perform no cross-site tracking, and build no individual profiles; IP and user-agent are processed only transiently to derive an approximate country and a non-identifying count, and are not stored or displayed.
Reframed the tracking commitment to a precise statement: no advertising or tracking cookies, no cross-site or cross-device tracking, no behavioral profiles, and no sale of personal data.
Updated the "Information We Do Not Collect," "Data Security," "Third-Party Service Providers," and "Data Retention" sections accordingly.
Added Resend (transactional and membership email delivery) to the disclosed list of third-party processors.

Feedback collection disclosure
Added disclosure that we collect optional thumbs-up / thumbs-down ratings and any written comments submitted on generated documents and Advisor chat responses.
Described how feedback may be used to improve document generation quality, and that documents or conversations without submitted feedback are not used for any improvement purpose.
Added retention periods for feedback (ratings 24 months; comment text 12 months, after which only the rating is kept).
Updated "Ownership of Generated Content" to disclose that optional written feedback on a generated document, and its associated document context, may be used to improve document generation quality for that document type — and that a rating may be submitted without a comment.

Third-party processors and analytics clarification
Added Resend (transactional and membership email delivery) to the third-party services list.
Clarified that the "no analytics cookies" statement refers to cookies specifically — our web analytics is cookieless, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Added a "Corpus Currency and Retrieval Reviews" subsection under Safeguards and Risk Management.
Described how the knowledge base is kept current — flagging and replacing superseded framework versions, retiring obsolete material, and ingesting emerging sources in planned waves, with ingestion and publication dates carried on each source.
Described how chunking and retrieval quality are reviewed (chunk boundaries, source-family retrieval diversity, citation quality), and that material changes trigger a re-run of the baseline evaluation set before shipping.
Explained why this matters for project managers: fewer audit surprises, citations that support the claims above them, and stronger defensibility of governance artifacts to risk officers, auditors, and executives.
