AIPMO uses Stripe to process all subscription payments. This page covers everything you need to know about how billing works, what happens when you cancel, and how to get help with billing questions.

Essential — Free Template downloads and limited AI Advisor access. No credit card required.
Professional — $20/month Unlimited Advisor access and full Document Customizer — generate governance documents tailored to your organization and projects.
Consultant — $45/month Everything in Professional, plus multi-organization and multi-project support for consultants managing governance work across multiple clients.

Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We do not accept PayPal, bank transfers, or invoicing.
When am I charged?
Your billing date is set on the day you first subscribe. You are charged on the same date each month. If that date does not exist in a given month (e.g. the 31st), you are charged on the last day of that month.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. AIPMO does not store your card details. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security certification available.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time without contacting support. Log in at aipmo.co, click your name in the top right corner, and select Manage Account.
From there you can:
- View your current plan and next billing date
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Cancel your subscription
- Manage email preferences
To update your payment method, contact us at support@aipmo.co and we will send you a direct link to the billing portal.
Upgrading and Downgrading
Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing period. You will not be charged or credited for the remainder of the current period when changing plans.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account — no need to contact support.
What happens when you cancel:
Your access continues until the end of your current billing month. After that, your account reverts to the free Essential tier. You keep your account and all documents you have previously generated.
Reactivating after cancellation:
You can resubscribe at any time by logging in and clicking your name in the top right corner. Your previous organizations, projects, and documents will still be there.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, your access continues through the end of that month and you will not be charged again. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@aipmo.co within 14 days and we will investigate promptly.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry your card. If the payment continues to fail after retries, your account will revert to the Essential tier until billing is resolved. You can update your payment method by contacting support@aipmo.co.
